✅ Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Academic Coordinator to manage academic activities, coordinate training programs, and support continuous medical education for doctors, nurses, and staff.
👉 Retired staff with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize academic programs, workshops, and CME sessions
Coordinate training schedules for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff
Maintain academic records, attendance, and certification
Liaise with faculty, departments, and external training bodies
Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback reports
Ensure compliance with NABH and accreditation guidelines
Support research activities and documentation
Manage academic calendar and resources

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation / Post-graduation in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field
Good organizational and communication skills
Experience in academic coordination in hospital or healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of NABH accreditation and medical education processes
