Personal biography

Dr Ashima Malhotra is very experienced neuroanaesthetist and critical care specialist. Dr Ashima is currently associated with Siddh Hospital, Mordabad, Uttar Pradesh. She has more than 16 years of experience as anaesthetist and critical care specialist. She is credited with establishing critical care units at Asian Vivekanand Hospital Moradabad. Another feather in Dr Malhotra’s cap is establishing of neuro critical care department at B L K Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi. At Siddh Hospital she heads the critical care team as incharge of ICU and CCU. She is ably supported by team of doctors that include cardiologist, nephrologist, neurosurgeon and gastroenterologist. Dr Ashima is a graduate and post graduate from M P Shah Medical College and Guru Gobind Singh Hospital, Jamnagar. She has also done Post Doctoral Fellowship in Neuroanesthesiology and Neuro Critical Care and followed it up with courses in Pain Management and Medical Law and Ethics from Bangalore. Dr Malhotra is well aware about the best as well as ethical Indian and International guidelines. Previously she was associated with some of the hospitals like Asian Vivekanand Hospital, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, Fortis Hospital, Noida, B L K Hospital and Max Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi.
